9X12" acrylic painting on stretched canvas
This original painting was created using professional archival artist materials only. It is unframed. Its edges are painted black right around to the back, which is finished neatly with Kraft paper. It is wired and ready to hang. Due to differences in device screens, colour of art may vary from what you see on your screen.
"Perilous Journey" was inspired by the beautiful Peace River in northern British Columbia and Alberta, Canada. The Peace River is endangered due to construction of the Site C Dam. I have been quite involved in protesting against the Site C Dam. I love how this painting reflects the raw, natural beauty of the Peace River, and of Canada's north itself. I hope someone can enjoy this painting as much as I love the Peace River.
On a budget? Fine quality prints are available as well.
