16X20X1.75" acrylic painting on deep profile cradled birchwood panel
This original painting was created using professional archival artist materials only. It is unframed. The edges and backs of its cradle boards are neatly painted black for a professional finish. It is wired and ready to hang. Due to differences in device screens, colour of art may vary from what you see on your screen.
The old Allis Chalmers tractor sat in a pasture I walked by many a day. I loved the tractor and felt it really told a story. How long had it been there? Who had worked the land with it? What was this farming family like? What was the farm life like back then?
This is my second painting of the same tractor. The first went to a tractor enthusiast in England! This second painting is much different from the first. Each told a story. I loved painting both.
HISTORY: Juried into a Federation of Canadian Artists exhibition at Federation Gallery in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
On a budget? Fine quality prints are available as well.
