20X16" acrylic painting on stretched canvas
This original painting was created using professional archival artist materials only. It is unframed. Its edges are painted black right around to the back, which are finished neatly with Kraft paper. It is wired and ready to hang. Due to differences in device screens, colour of art may vary from what you see on your screen.
This painting was inspired by the boreal forest in Northern British Columbia, Canada. Trembling (or quaking) aspen leaves quiver and shake in the wind, making the most soothing sound. I wanted to capture a mystical feeling in the trees. I was experimenting with something different and I LOVE the results!
HISTORY/AWARDS: Juried into Federation of Canadian Artists exhibition at Federation Gallery, Vancouver, British Columbia.
On a budget? Fine quality prints are available as well.
